I just got off the phone with CS. I talked to a really nice girl named Michelle, she said this is her first season working with AG. She asked me if I had received the new catalog and how I liked all the new stuff.

I told her I loved F and E's new stuff, but that I was disappointed that some of Lissie's things just got retired. That's what I was calling to ask about, the tea lesson, party treats and chocolate set.

The only stuff from the chocolate set that's still available is the set of 2 napkins for $5 and the set of flatware for $6. She found the other stuff listed (i.e. chocolate pot, old plates and cups) but they're gone now.

The stuff left from the Party treats set is the 'salvers', the glass tiers for the cake. There's a large one and a small one, both are $4 each. She couldn't find the vase, flowers or figurine.

The tea lesson had all the parts listed. Teacup/saucer for $8. Spoon $2. Queencake $2. Napkin $2. She mentioned the tea caddy, but not the price. (I'm sure it's there though, since it's part of the new tea set)

Just about all of these items were VERY low in stock, like 3 or 4 she said. I ordered everything from the tea lesson except the caddy, and the flatware from the b'day set. She just wasn't sure if some of the items would ship or not. We shall see...

I also gave her all the product codes for all of Lissie's retired accessory sets (except the needlework kit and frame, I forgot that one!) and they are all gone! I gave her these:
Reading and Writing Lesson
Shrewsbury Cakes Kit
Plantation Play
Rescue Kit
Winter Entertainments
Nighttime Neccessities

For any Kirsten fans, I checked on her retired stuff too. The 4th of July and Winter Pastimes stuff is all gone! I did order Kirsten some new pantalettes ($5-the elastic on mine is GONE) and her meet boots for $4. I wanted the Daisy wreath from her b'day dress, but it's no longer available by itself.

Hope this helps some of you out a little! By the way, I was able to use the free shipping code over the phone. I talked to them for over an hour, but Michelle was SO patient with all my questions and said this helped her become more familiar with Felicity's stuff. Go CS!!!

The AG CS people seem really sweet! If only I were old enough to call by myself...

Well, I recently got the replacement tea cady because the tea caddy that came with my tea lesson was knicked. On the form it said the price was 12 dollars Here is the code as it appears on my receipt ESAL/CAD

I also just ordered the cup and saucer. I probably should have gotten the rest, but I've got enough spoons and random napkins to last me years.
